Payment
When making your reservation 50% of your stay is due upfront and the remaining charges are due when you check in. Please bear in mind that unfortunately, we do not give refunds for late arrivals or early departures, low lake levels or inclement weather. Guests owe for the entire period that they have reserved the site, regardless of the date they actually arrive or depart. There are no exceptions; we hope you understand our policy. Cancellation Fee: RV, Tent Sites, and CabinsRV and Tent site reservations require a 50% down payment upfront and the remaining balance is due on check in. Daily and Weekly reservation cancellations require 14 days notice for a refund, less $25 cancellation fee. Less than 14 days notice will result in the forfeiture of entire deposit and no refund. There will be NO REFUNDS due to weather or Lake Levels as these are things we cannot control. Tent on RV SiteWe allow 1 tent per RV site at an additional cost. The maximum allowed of people per site no matter what is 6 people. The cost to add a tent on a RV site is $15 per night Sunday through Thursday, $20 per night Friday and Saturday or $99 per week. All fees must be paid upfront. Please make sure that if you are adding a tent to a RV site that you do not impede on your neighbor.
Check in Time
Check in time for RV and Tent sites are 1:00 pm. Check in time for Cabins is 3:00 pm.
Check Out Time
Check out time for RV and Tent guests is 12 noon, check out for cabin guest is 11:00 am. Any guests who do not do not check out and depart from their campground site will be charged an additional nights stay.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations (minimum deposit = one nights stay). All weekend reservations require a two night minimum.
On Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, there is a 3 minimum and a deposit equal to 50% of the booked reservation for RV, and Tent sites. Cabin requirements are weekly no matter what. Credit Cards Accepted

Reservation Changes
Reservations may be altered for a $25 change fee if done 14 days PRIOR to arrival date (30 days prior to arrival date for group bookings of 5 or more). If your current reservation qualifies you for special rates due to length of stay, your reservation change might move you to a different rate schedule. Please be aware that date changes may result in price changes. For example: if you arranged a 7 day stay in our water front RV site at the weekly rate of $354.00 and changed your stay to a 3 day stay you will lose the weekly rate and be required to pay a daily rate of $59.00. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask anytime.
No Shows
A daily or weekly guest deposit guarantees your reservation until 12pm the day following your scheduled arrival date (if you are scheduled to arrive August 1st and do not show, we will release your site/cabin at noon on August 2nd to another customer. However, if you contact us and let us know you will be delayed, we will continue to hold your site for you upon FULL PAYMENT.
Holiday SupplementAll sites carry a $10.00 per night supplement over the holiday, requires a 3 night minimum stay. A $30.00 fee will apply to all rentals for the week stay.

Visitors are not permitted for the safety of our guests.
Services Included
Daily and weekly RV sites include electricity and water. Monthly and Seasonal sites electricity is metered. Rates include use of dump station. We do provide a mobile pump out service to our guests. Tuesday's and Thursday's $10.00 and all other days $25.00. Monthly and Seasonal guests are provided 1 free pump out per week.
