Our season runs May 1st through October 11th (snow permitting).  All reservations are charged $10, non-refundable transaction fee, per reservation. A $20 lock in fee is required to guarantee a specific site. The lock-in fee is not required, but you could be moved to a different site that is within the same requested parameters.

Holidays $30 additional charge weekly stays during each Holiday Period.

  • Weekly’s are required a $250 Refundable Security Deposit.

  • All guests will be charged a $150 NON-Refundable Cleaning Fee
  • Monthly and Seasonal Guests are responsible for metered electricity.
  • Propane is included.
  • Chipmunk Cabin has a 4 Guests limit.
  • Manzanita, Osprey, Ponderosa and Quail cabins have a 6 Guest limit.
  • Our Cabin season runs from May 1st through Sept 30th.
