Our season runs May 1st to October 13th (snow permitting).  All bookings are charged $5 per reservation and $20 Tent/$30 RV to lock in a specific site per reservation. Lock-in is not required, but you could be moved to a different site that is within the same requested parameters.

**Monthly & Seasonal rentals will require $1500 Security Deposit that will be refunded after checkout once the cabin has been inspected and can take 5-10 business days to appear back on your credit card. $150 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee. Electricity is metered and renter’s responsibility, Propane is included. No taxes incurred on stays 30 days or more in Plumas County.  (Season on cabins runs May 1st to September 30th)
